hi vikky this is claudia, i hope you are having fun in my country and that everyone else in the group enjoyed the pupusas. just to let you know that i’m praying for you and wish you and your friends a great trip. love claudia
I was in tears after reading the latest post. It brought new light to the importance of your mission. I cannot fathom children living in such conditions, yet alone being imprisoned. It must have been the most helpless feeling to not be able to break that boy out of jail. It just boggles my mind! How could I be so naive to not realize this stuff exists? I’ve been so sheltered, living in my own little world, crying over stupid stuff like cell phone overages and ATM fees, when these poor babies don’t even have toilet paper!! May God forgive me for being so blind. This is as real as it gets.
May God continue to give you strength as you continue blessing the orphans of El Salvador with the news of His love.
Hi Vicki, This is Maria. So glad to hear this update of all the wonderful work that your’re doing. Mom would be so proud! (I had to say it, it’s almost the weekend, you know.) Praying for your safe return to the U.S. Love, Maria, Don and Noah
Thank you to the team for such a special time that they spent with all my kids here in El Salvador. They truly were a blessing and I hope to see them backw ith others from the Church. It was a pleasure to meet them all.
